Transaction Fee

 

Once an agreement, including all its exhibits, has been established between PR Aviation and Licensee, a volume sliding scale model will be proposed based on the following principles:

Licensee or PR Aviation will receive a (fixed) net Transaction Fee based on € (euro) for each one-way flight segment that was booked.

Depending on the specific profile of Licensee, its market(s), estimated volumes, specific requirements and usages of the various applications that we offer, we always strive to find a balanced win-win situation in our commercial agreements with our valued partners.

The commercial models for these solutions can be based on a fee per booked flight sector, a search-request (data query) only, a fixed monthly fee, or a combination of all of the above.

Basically, and in most instances, we operate on a shared revenue basis coming out of the Handling Fees (or booking fees) charged to the end-consumer (passenger or booker), taking in consideration the costs for PR Aviation related to the real-time data traffic we supply, the content, maintenance, licenses, performance quality and the basic 1st and 2nd level proactive customer support activities

 

Transaction Fees in case PR Aviation’s PSP processes Handling Fees

 

For each confirmed flight segment, generated via Licensee’s distribution model, PR Aviation will receive a net Transaction Fee from Licensee.

Once an agreement, including all its exhibits, has been established between PR Aviation and Licensee, a volume sliding scale model will be proposed based on the following principles:

Net Transaction Fee per one-way booked segment
PR Aviation will receive a fixed net Transaction Fee based on € (euro) for each one-way flight segment that was booked. The net Transaction Fee will be taken from the Handling Fee collected from the end-user / customer, after deduction of the 10% bank charges.

Note: Per segment per passenger, excluding 10% bank charges over the gross handling fee amounts / turnover.
 

In case an average of 0,5% (threshold) Look to Book ratio (calculated over a period of 3 months) can not be achieved by Licensee or its customer, additional Search Costs of €0,02 will be charged. This means that a booking is expected from each of the 200 visitors on the Elsy Arres booking engine.

 

This net fee per segment covers all the operational costs, maintenance , licenses and all services mentioned in the SLA (Exhibit A).

The difference between the agreed net fee for PR Aviation and the gross handling fee charged to the end consumer will be Licensee’s net commission per booked flight segment.

The Handling Fee, charged to the end-user, per one way booked flight, is set in accordance with Licensee. (This does not apply to solution A.3., as the handling fee will be set by PR Aviation)

PR Aviation will invoice Licensee monthly for the total net Transaction Fees based on the total number of booked segments during the reporting period.

PR Aviation will not charge any Handling Fees to the end-user.
