NO Initial Setup Fee will be charged.

The commissions a “publisher” can earn depends on the amount agreed and configured with the Internet Marketing Organization (Zanox, AffiliateFuture, AffiliateWindow, Commission Junction, etc.) and is based on a fixed Pay Per Sale (PPS) amount. 

The commercial model is based on CPA (PPS), whereby PR Aviation pays a net fee for each sold flight segment (one way flight), related to an annual volume sliding scale model.

The commercial models for this product are as flexible as the product itself. All depends on the development requirements and the server capacity needed to process the volumes of the data traffic, specific requirements for the SLA , etc

Besides the one-off costs (set-up and optional products), the commercial models are basically based on the ‘operational costs’ and ‘operational revenues’ coming from the handling fees (see commercials on Transaction Fees).

Additional items included in the setup fee are:

• Customization of web all pages (see details on customization below)
• Use of PR Aviation’s PSP (Payment Service Provider) to process the handling fee payments. Or, the Licensee can implement its own PSP, depending on the selected commercial proposal. (see also Exhibit G – Detailed Definition of PSP)
• Use of a dedicated “Licensee” email address for sending support mails to Licensee’s costumers (licensee.support@pr-aviation.com).
• A monthly Management Information & Sales Report, including basic statistics on e.g. the number of visitors, searches and booked segments, the turnover of the handling fees, etc.
• Inclusion of Licensee’s Tracking Mechanism to measure sales results

With this product our Licensed Partners can customize most of the functionalities that we offer through our Elsy Arres booking engine:

• Most if not all text components, such as labels, headings, footers, information, promotional, etc.
• Departures and destinations (countries, regions, and cities), including the ‘Clustering’ of departure area’s and destinations.
• Partner’s corporate identity and styles (CSS), such as fonts and colors.
• Use of Licensee’s header, logo and site navigation.
• Language versions: English, French , German, Dutch & Spanish
• Translating all the processes and functionalities  in any language
• LCC content (in-/exclusion of routes, airlines, destinations, etc)
• Defining the ‘handling fee’ charged to Partner’s end-users (can be differentiated per airline, if necessary)
• Multi currencies, Euro, Pound Sterling, US$, SFR, and all current non-Euro, European currencies.
• PSP Payment system to be integrated.
• Use of a dedicated “Licensee” email address for sending support mails to Licensee’s costumers (licensee.support@pr-aviation.com).
• Deep-link functionalities in order to create seamless cross-sell products (cars/hotels etc )
• Etc
