An initial setup fee will be charged for the implementation of all technical solutions, whereby the amount depends on the solution and on volumes.
The items that are in- or excluded in general are listed below. Any addition and/or deviation of the items will be described per technical solution below. |

- This initial set-up covers the configuration of the account for Licensee and all its customers using Licensee’s travel management service i.e. application, if applicable.
- Up to X man hours (number of man hours depend on the technical solution) of technical set-up support by PR Aviation.
- Account set-up in order to have access to Elsy Arres’ services and functions.
- All current and future (automatic update of LCC content) Low Cost Carriers, operating all their ABA routes and destinations.
- Multiple supported Languages
- Integrated on-line secured payment system to pay the airlines by credit – debit cards ( Visa, Master, Amex )
- Multi currencies: Euro, Pound Sterling, US$, SFR, and all current non-Euro, European currencies.
- A monthly Sales Report.

- Out of pocket travel/lodging expenses if support is required on location.
- Specific requirements, software development etc on request of Licensee.
- Technical support hours over X man hours (number of man hours depend on the technical solution) on Licensee’s request, which will be charged against a flat fee per hour.
