(This does not apply when the commercial model is based on a fee per ‘scan’/ search request or on a commission on the handling fee)

This Model is calculated based on the assumed (data) traffic and can be expressed in a monthly lump sum in agreement with Licensee and regardless of the number of booked flight segments, search requests, etc.

For Licensees who do not have the funds to pay the set-up fees and / or the one-time costs of the various Product models, PR Aviation offers in certain cases the possibility to finance (invest in) these one-time set-up and Product model cost, whereby the operational revenue income coming from Licensee’s distribution (website etc) will be collected as PR Aviation’s ROI, until the invested sum has been repaid.
